THE HEART OF DE EXCHANGE

A meeting place.
A feeling of home.

Some of the best moments happen around a table. We’re creating a place for more of them.

De Exchange Lounge brings a Nigerian heart to Bolton: familiar flavours, warm hospitality and a love of bringing people together. A place to share a meal, discover something new and let the evening unfold.

Chris Amogu’s vision is a restaurant, cocktail lounge and cultural meeting place, welcoming everyone to the table.

SOMETHING GOOD IS COMING

Be part of
the beginning.

We’re preparing to welcome you. Our opening date, hours and reservation details will be announced here.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before we
say hello.

When will De Exchange Lounge open?

Our opening date is still to be announced. We’re developing the space and the experience, and will share opening hours, the final menu and booking details here when they are confirmed.

Can I book a table or an event yet?

We welcome early enquiries about private dining and celebrations. Use “Plan an occasion” to prepare an email to Chris. An enquiry is not a booking; dates, availability and terms need to be confirmed directly.

Will there be dietary options?

The opening menu is being developed. Please mention any dietary or accessibility requirements when you enquire so we can discuss what will be available. Confirmed allergen information will accompany the final menu.

What’s the idea behind the lounge?

A welcoming place where Nigerian food, cocktails, music and culture bring people together. Our plans include restaurant dining, a relaxed lounge, cultural evenings and private celebrations.

LET’S MAKE SOMETHING MEMORABLE

Start a

Tell Chris a little about what you have in mind. This prepares a draft in your email app for you to review and send.
